The consortium of national law university has announced the Common Law Admission Test 2021 to be held in offline or physical mode on, Friday, 23rd July. The exam will be held between 2 pm to 4 pm for both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
As notified earlier the CLAT 2021 will be pen and paper exam conducted at centres with all Covid-19 safety protocols being observed.
The consortium in a statement said that CLAT 2021 will be held as centre-based test following all COVID-19 protocols and applicants have been advised to get themselves vaccinated against COVID-19.
CLAT 2021 will comprise of subjective questions. "Candidates for the LL.M programme in CLAT 2021 are hereby informed that the examination will include only 120 MCQ to be answered in 120 minutes. There will be no descriptive section in CLAT 2021" the official statement added.
Applicants will be provided with an opportunity to edit their choice of clat exam centre. Applicants can opt for changing their exam centre considering the ongoing Covid crisis. The application window for applying for clat is open. Applicants can apply for CLAT 2021 by 15th June.
An NLU statement that “in view of avoiding longer travel to the Test centres, applicants will be given a chance to revisit their performance of Test-Centre after last date of submission of filled in application. The consortium as far as possible will try to adjust first or second performance of the Test Centre. Hence, applicants are advised to keep visiting the consortium website.
